1. Product Information

We do our best to provide accurate product details, images, and prices. However, slight variations may occur.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after full payment.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (if any).

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver orders on time. However, delays may happen due to unforeseen reasons.

Shipping charges (if any) will be mentioned at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Products can be returned/exchanged within 2 days of purchase (mention your actual return window), only if they are unused, sealed, and in original condition.

Perishable or customized items are not eligible for return.

5. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
